Thanks to a slow formation process — between 12 and 20 weeks — this kit ensures well-developed sclerotia, with a high concentration of active compounds and a level of mycological maturity that makes the difference.

How to cultivate the Galindoi truffle kit

The Tatandi truffle kit is extremely easy to grow and only requires a few simple tips to achieve a successful harvest:

• Proper location: place the kit in a dark, dry place with a stable temperature between 20 and 24 °C.
• Maturation period: let the truffles develop for 12 to 20 weeks.
• Harvest: once the container is opened, collect all the sclerotia immediately to avoid contamination risks.
• Cleaning and drying: wash the truffles with cold water and a soft brush. Dry them in the fridge for 2 to 3 days (no more than 14 days). Storage: keep the dried truffles in a cool, dark, airtight container.

For optimal preservation, make sure to dry them properly after harvest. Then, store them in an airtight container in a cool, dry, and dark place. Under these conditions, they can remain in good condition for several months.
